ABOUT

Background

I first trained at Rycotewood College for two years with a gap year when I went to work for a Cabinet Maker in the New Forest, and stayed there until September 1993. I studied at West Dean College, West Sussex, a one year intensive antique furniture restoration course gaining a British Antique Dealers Association Diploma in the restoration and conservation of antique furniture, and after finishing the course started work for a B.A.F.R.A restorer. I remained with this company for approximately five years. Since then I have worked for three other established restorers, two in the Cotswolds area and one in London. In late 2001 I became self employed.
